The lovely Sunset Captiva #34 vacation rental home is located in the private, quiet, community of “Sunset Captiva” across from the pool and the beach boardwalk. The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a pool, dock, two tennis courts, and a recreation area complete with gas grills and picnic tables. It’s also conveniently close to The Village and the finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. This is a place that is great to walk and explore.
Parking is limited to 2 cars. No boats or trailers are permitted.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

Special Rules & Regulations Maximum permitted per house: two vehicles parked, one boat at the dock. Dock space is strictly through Sunset Captiva regarding space and availability, and separate from the rental and any fees associated with the rental of the home.
