Condo overlooking golf course and pond - 5 minutes to the Beach!
Hurricane Ian Update: Our community was hit by hurricane Ian but is being rebuilt more and more every day. Our condo was spared but the community description is from before the storm. Amenities are being added back regularly so just message me if you want to know more about where the community currently is in the recovery phase.
Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath with den inside the Kelly Greens Golf community. This 2nd floor Veranda offers cathedral ceilings, granite and travertine throughout, master bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with twin beds, and the den has a sleeper sofa that can easily be turned into a 3rd guest room. Beautiful golf course view from the back patio of the ninth fairway, pond, and wildlife. Access to the community pool and owner’s garage complete with beach gear and bikes. For an additional cost, amenities to the golf course and country club may be transferred to you during your stay. This would include restaurants, a bar, tennis, golf, gym, a second pool, and more. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven just 5 miles from the sandy beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel with you. 5 minutes to Bunche Beach!

Kelly Greens is a private, bundled golfing community located between Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach. Sanibel is a sanctuary island in the Gulf of Mexico, famous for its world-renowned shelling and the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge. Fort Myers Beach is known for its sugary white sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico.
Kelly Greens offers a variety of home choices to fit different life styles. Within a short distance of the community gates, there are many restaurants, bars, shopping and wildlife preserves.
The Kelly Greens 18-hole par 72 championship golf course offers a fair challenge to golfers at all skill levels, including tee choices ranging from 4,455 to 7,028 yards. Facilities also include a full practice range, an extensive short practice area and 9,000 square foot putting green. 86% of the homes within Kelly Greens have a view of the Audubon certified golf course and its many lakes.
Racquet sports are popular at Kelly Greens with top class clay tennis courts near the clubhouse and a number of hard courts used for tennis and pickleball throughout the community. Weekly clinics, regular drop ins, inter and intra-community tournaments offer players at all skill levels a great way to keep in shape.
In addition to golf and racquet sports, all members have access to a variety of common recreational and social amenities including a full service restaurant, a lounge, patio dining, a swimming pool, and facilities for club activities and exercise. With an activities coordinator and a welcoming community, you will find it easy to meet people and make new friends. Whether it’s Valentine Day Dinner Dance, an enjoyable lunch following golf and tennis or just a quiet time with friends and family our talented and friendly staff is ready to assure an enjoyable dining experience.
