“Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere.

"We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice."
