The Space:
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by an open kitchen and living room of high standard, the kitchen is directly to the right as you enter and is fully equipped with new fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker and much more. In the living room you have TV, WIFI dining for 4 and a lovely balcony with afternoon / evening sun. From the balcony you have a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace where you have sun all day and afternoon as well as a wonderful view of the neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with washing machine, WIFI, Coffee maker, A / C in all rooms and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Getting Around:
You can get everywhere by foot, the trainstation and busstops is around the corner at the end of the street.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- no groups under 25y (except families)
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
