“The staff (Juan) at Wynwood are amazing, responsive and courteous. The apartment has everything you need for a confortable stay. All the facilities at the building are very clean.”

“El edificio aún está en construcción. La piscina y las zonas comunes aún no han sido dadas en servicio. Trabajadores y mucho ruido y polvo. El apto en buenas condiciones de aseo, agradable decoración y muebles, las ollas mala condición todo se les pega , No supe cómo hacer check out. ”

“Terrible mi experiencia en bogota. El deposito de la.tasa del baño no caía agua. Tenía que estar llenándolo manualmente con una jarra. La alberca no servia y fue la principal razón por la que yo me hospede ahí. Lo del bańo se reporto en el edificio y con hoteles.com, intentaron contactarse con el anfitrión sin éxito alguno. NO recomiendo este alojamiento. Solicito reembolso de mi estadía ”

“The apartment I reserved was already rented. The property owner contacted me and offered me another apartment which was much bigger, nicer and had incredible views. He offered it to me for the same price and I was happy to take it. Excellent customer service.”
