San Lorenzo is a stunning country house located in Montaione, Italy that has recently undergone extensive renovations. This beautiful property offers a serene setting, surrounded by fields and vineyards, providing guests with spectacular views of the countryside. San Lorenzo features a range of amenities including a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, an EV charging station, and an installment plan to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental experience.

Outdoors
San Lorenzo boasts a beautiful garden with flowers where guests can relax. There is also a large swimming pool with seasonal availability (05.Apr. - 16.Oct.), perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning, the other with air conditioning and an exit to the garden), a fully equipped kitchen with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine, and a shower/bidet/WC. The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, a room with sloping ceilings (ceiling height of 120 - 220 cm) and 2 beds, air conditioning, an en-suite shower/bidet/WC, and a large 20m2 terrace with comfortable furniture offering a panoramic view of the countryside.

Great accommodation in the Monteaione hills

We spent some n the properties a few days around November 1st to visit Lucca Comics and the neighbourhood in Tuscany. The property must be stunning spring / summer time: the pool has a view of the hills which is really amazing but given the season we have not had the chance to use it. Check in super easy. Recommended.
