“We had the most wonderful stay at this adorable little house in Beulah! It was the perfect mountain getaway for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable weekend. The home accommodated my husband and me, our two young girls, and our big dog perfectly.The house itself is absolutely beautiful, quiet, quaint, and so charming. One of the biggest highlights for us was the amazing playroom for our girls. It was stocked with board games for all ages, coloring supplies,……

“This was a lovely VRBO. Spacious, clean, well stocked and even fresh flowers! Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! That said there was some other great hiking nearby (recommend Willow Lake Trail). Thanks for a nice stay!”

“We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry……

“We really loved the screened in porch. It's a cozy place to stay and Maryann was very accommodating!”

“Entry to the room meant walking thru a wide 1/2 grass 1/2 mud backyard in the dark due to our 8 pm arrival! This meant of course, carrying a large suitcase rather than being able to use the wheels. For this reason, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it ”

“Room dirty from prior users. Told somone had used code to sneak into room for free night. I asked for code to be updated, and owner refused. I didn't feel my belongings were safe when I left for the day. Room was "cleaned" before I moved in for the weekend. But the place had layers of grime from inadequate cleaning, I'm guessing for at least a year -- grime, uncleaned stickly floors and debris filled corners, thick dust and cobwebs on EVERYTHING. A broken vase and glass left on the floor. Toilet……
