"This was a cute apartment stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were unsupervised comfy and the main area was spacious. Check in was super easy. We could walk to the coffee shop and cool food options. There was a parking spot behind the apartment and free street parking on the side streets right next to the apartment."

"A wonderful hotel in a great area— perfectly clean place, friendly staff, big room. Literally the ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that the bed was not very comfy, agreed upon by my wife; we both slept pretty poorly, but there were also other personal factors, so we could have just been having a weird night, as neither of us are usually very picky about mattresses (or maybe we’re just getting old…). Anyway, great hotel— I would stay here again if I were back in town. "

"After a long drive, the Kimpton Schofield was a welcome sight. We opted for the overnight valet parking, and it was a worthwhile expense. The valet staff was helpful and made the check-in process smooth. We used the drink tickets we received at the hotel's restaurant, Betts. The food was surprisingly good, and the live music and bar with sports on were a nice bonus after staying at some less-than-stellar places off the highway. The beds were a definite highlight—very comfortable linens. They also treated our dog very well, which is always a plus. The complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch, too. Being downtown, there were some obvious downsides. The street noise from motorcycles was loud, a problem the hotel seems to be aware of, judging by the white noise machine and earplugs provided. More notably, the immediate area had a distinct, unpleasant odor, particularly of urine, and there was a sizable homeless population. While I didn't feel unsafe during the daytime, it's something to be aware of."

It was the perfect spot for exploring the area on foot.There was a temporary issue with a sewage smell due to the host jetting the pipes, but Brian was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make it right, even buying us dinner to make up for the inconvenience. His quick response and hospitality really stood out.We’d definitely recommend this property for its unbeatable location and attentive host!"

"The house was great! In a depressed neighborhood of Cleveland but on a secluded almost dead end street so no traffic other than local. All the permanent residents were friendly when we encountered them. Moreover, the location is IDEAL for downtown or any outlying suburbs. 15 minutes or less drive for most. Unfortunately because or stay was so short (2 nights) didn’t get to enjoy all that the house had to offer (game room, projection tv, hot tub) but would definitely stay again. Getting a whole beautiful house for the cost of a crappy hotel room! Definitely worth it!"

"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Great location to Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or a Guardians game. Host was very fast to respond with a parking challenge and a plumbing issue. The issues were addressed timely. Comfortable beds and great kitchen and living space. Fans in rooms were a nice touch along with two TVs."

"My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights in July. I was asked on the day of what time we would be coming (odd as the property should be ready by the listed check-in time regardless?). Upon arrival, the outside of the home looked clean and there was private driveway parking. The yard is also nice. That was the best part of the home: the outside.The real problems arose upon entering. The house is so dirty and SMELLS. There is a stink of dirty carpet or moldy wetness that is pungent. So much so that the cleaning team even left a can of room spray out for us. They also left the dirty mop bucket and puddles of water in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the bathrooms barely cleaned. The home is fully carpeted and the carpet is beyond filthy. It's matted, crusted and smells disgusting everywhere. The upstairs shower bathroom also was unusable after the first night of our stay (they had tried to patch it with duct tape before our arrival) leaving 5 people to share one bathroom. The Wi-Fi also never worked despite claiming "5G Network" access. The only great thing about the home was the beds and location.I will say that I notified the owner as each of these issues arose and he responded on each "We will address it in the future." Ok, but I'm staying here now - how is that helpful?The upstairs shower issue he never responded to. I was relieved to leave and would not recommend anyone stay here if they desire for anything more than a clean bed. "
