The Space:
The cabin features a thoughtfully designed layout to comfortably accommodate a group. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), two full sleeper sofas in the living room (sleeps 4), and a common area with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa (sleeps 3). So - the unit can sleep a total of 13 people in beds! There are 3 large decks that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. There are 3 large decks on each unit that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit, and a third parking space can be reserved for an additional vehicle fee by the Property Manager if made within 24 hours in advance.

There is a public pool located just 3 minutes from the property (less than a mile away) at the Gatlinburg Community Center. Nestled in a friendly mountain neighborhood, our cabin offers a relaxed atmosphere just moments from the excitement of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You'll find yourself immersed in the heart of the action, with endless attractions, nightlife, arcades, go-karts, and dining options just a stone's throw away. Explore local artwork at every turn in the nearby art district. For recreation, the Gatlinburg Community Center is close by and features a swimming pool. Easily access downtown Gatlinburg via the trolley, which stops conveniently near the cabin. Nearby parks include the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and attractions abound, including Anakeesta, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and the Aquarium of the Smokies. Enjoy a variety of activities, from skiing and white water rafting to escape rooms and the Titanic Museum.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! You'll find convenient options to explore the area. The Gatlinburg Trolley has a stop right near the cabin, offering easy access to downtown. For those who prefer to drive, we offer free parking on the premises. Additionally, you can use ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, or taxis. Consider using ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, scooters, or motorcycles for a fun way to experience the Smoky Mountains.

Please note: For your security, there are external security cameras outside the unit. Parking is available for two vehicles per unit; additional vehicles require prior approval. This property has a steep driveway; large vehicles are recommended. Report any issues or cleanliness concerns immediately upon arrival to the host. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We provide essential amenities, including laundry detergent, coffee, and bathroom supplies. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and a deck with seating. The closest landmarks include Gatlinburg Community Center (1 mile), Ripley's Aquarium (5 miles), and Dollywood (11.1 miles).

Public swim time is subject to swim lessons and swim team schedules. The pool closes a half hour before the Community Center.
