“This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously……

“Het was een heerlijk appartement qua ligging, de communicatie met de verhuurder was goed en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding ook. Het enige minpuntje vonden we het bed, het matras was slap en we lagen in een kuil. Een tip voor de verhuurder is om een bakje met afwasborstel en theedoek neer te zetten opdat je in ieder geval je ontbijtspullen kon afwassen.”

“The apartment was very nice, it provided all the necessary amenities. It was always quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located near City Center in Varese, restaurants, shops, and sight seeing was often within walking distance. The host had the place well organized and was available to assist with any problems that arose. Myself and my two adult children really enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t speak Italian, the local people really helped us get by. ”
