“We booked as a family of 4 as we just needed space to sleep and rest up before daily activities. The online listed showed two roll out beds in the loft and upon arrival, there was only one. After reaching out to the host, a quick response was received and a solution provided. The check-in email also indicated two TVs however there was only one. We did not reach out to host bc for us, it was not needed. They do have a small dehumidifier that needed emptied frequently during our stay. Otherwise……

“Last year when we ate breakfast there, there was a woman that kept everything stocked. It seems they got rid of her because we had to go to the main desk and ask for items. For example, we had to ask for green tea, yogurts, English muffins, knives, etc. I couldn't find any receptacles for recyclables (cans or bottles). The WIFI was VERY spotty. ”

“Then hotel was very clean and orderly. Nice touches everywhere. The hotel offers two dining options: one more laid-back and the other an upscale restaurant. Both are very nice. The room was lovely. This is our new go-to hotel in Western New York. Yay!!! ”
