This attractive studio apartment for 2 people, is just 500m from the beautiful Gulf of Marinella. It is part of a traditional-style development with a large shared pool and well-kept gardens and makes an excellent base for a relaxing beach holiday in this beautiful part of Sardinia.

The main living area has a glass door that leads out onto a private balcony. The balcony is an extension of the studio, given that it is furnished with a table and chairs for meals al fresco.
Inside there is a comfortable double bed with a sofa, flat-screen TV and an open-plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer. Next to this is a dining table and two chairs.

Location
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Marinella Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Surfboards, canoes and dinghies can be rented at Marinella, so it is an ideal beach if you are looking for active fun. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) is one of the most glamourous towns on the Costa Smeralda, blessed with many excellent restaurants, a tempting night market and a lively marina for boat-spotting and evening walks.

Alternatively, in Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.

Olbia airport is just a 16-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci (10 minutes) has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
