“The kitchen had everything you need.”

“The property is beautiful!! Perfect for our family meet up! Close enough to the Coliseum and Glenbrook mall but also far enough away to not have all the traffic. Huge backyard for kids to play and animal (birds and bunnies) sightings in the mornings. There was a minor issue getting into the property but the host and property manager were super responsive and courteous!”

“Great property, really cool location description did not indicate this was an apartment within a larger building. Third bedroom is on a separate floor from the rest and as parents with you ger children, we were unable to use it due to being so far apart from one another.”

“Clean property, ready check in. Parking was very hard to find on the street.”

“Traveled with another couple this trip and plan to return to this property in the future. It is across from the ballpark and has ample space and privacy for three couples or larger families. We were delighted by the coffee bar, library of current titles, board games, and everything needed to prepare meals. The unit is well appointed and the owners had great communication.”

“We had a great weekend in fort wayne and this house was just what we needed! Just fyi, you drive into the alley behind the house to get to the back gate to park and can only enter the alley off lenox ave. If you plan to do big dinners, there is not any casserole dishes. The beds are comfortable, house is clean, tub/shower is great, kitchen has the essentials and a few coffee options! Ashlea responded quickly and was helpful. I recommend this rental!”

“Nice little house and quiet neighborhood… But be careful on the front steps and stoop. They are slanted and have uneven ridges. Shoes can easily catch and you WILL trip and fall (we did). Also check in availability is late (5 PM). If you want earlier or at least 3 PM (which is the industry standard), you have to pay an extra 25 for every earlier hour that you need. Take this in consideration if you are in town for an evening event you will be rushing to. ”

“Definitely need pest control. We ended up leaving after about an hour. Too dirty and too many bugs. The host was very apologetic and gave us a full refund. The location is great, yard is a kennel, not an actual fenced in yard. The furniture is very old.”
