“We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff went out their way to correct any problems and even upgraded to a bigger room. Hotel is clean and smells fresh, easy access in and out the building using the code and room Kay feeling safe. It was only 7 minute walk to Oxford street and to Hyde park with lots of transportation if it was needed. Over all great customer service and lovely hotel and we will be staying again on the near future.”

“Is ok not bad. Location very good and very convenient but just it’s a pity a room too smaller and near a window! N restaurant no more foods provided but lucky walking at street where so many different restaurants to choose!! Mostly hotel is very good location in London !! Future it’s can provide little but big room that’s very good !! ”
