“Lovely eclectic home right on the water. Well equip'd kitchen. Big family style table and large deck. Best of all is location with easy access to Cheticamp ”

“This may be one of our favorite places we have stayed. The property is in pristine condition, and the setting is so peaceful. It is a wonderful place to recover from hiking through Cape Breton. The amenities are vast; Lynn has stocked the home with great detail to attention. There is no doubt that if we are back in the area, we will be staying here again and encouraging others to do the same. ”

“Very clean new space that had all the items you would need. Spacious areas that had great sunset views. My experience was top notch and would recommend this property to anyone. The laundry was an added bonus! It’s better than the photos. Close to the Cape Breton Highland National Park. ”

“We absolutely loved the house. It is beautiful, immaculate, compact and incredibly comfortable. The beds and couch were great, plenty of lighting for reading and knitting, and a wonderful kitchen. It is right on the harbor so there is some good people, bird and boat watching. The town has everything you want, we loved Cheticamp Island, dinner at Sahara and I loved the Hooked Rug Museum. We'll be back! ”

“Such a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the deck and loved it - a humming bird and chipmunk visited regularly and we could enjoy the heat without getting burnt. Unfortunately all the trails in Nova Scotia were closed (fire risk) but we swam a lot at Red River beach. We had a great week. ”

“My family has stayed at this location in 2019 and very much enjoyed it. It is located near a few beaches and near our local family which was a big plus again this trip. We were able to visit family and catch up and then not overwhelm them with the 5 of us. It was a great place to enjoy the area. Lots of visits to the local beaches. Just remember there is only 1 bathroom. Not a big deal for us as we knew this going up there and we just communicated and it was not an issue. Thank you for offering……
