“This cabin is geared more for Winter and skiing since there is no air conditioning. Our family of 5 guys stayed here on 7/25/2025 because it was not that far from our rafting location, hiking and other attractions in southern VT. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is stocked for all one's needs. We spent several nights after dinner around the firepit. We very much enjoyed staying here.”

“We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. While not a bother at all during our stay, it isn't something I would usually care for to have a……

“The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The unit was well-stocked with everything you might need, and the complimentary coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. The property owner was very kind and responsive throughout our stay.Initially, I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but the unit stayed surprisingly cool and comfortable.
