“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

“Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

“My friends kept thinking we were just sending them pictures of postcards and not actual photos of Gian's Villa! The beauty and architecture was only outdone by the peaceful and picturesque beauty of living atop an Umbrian Villa for the week. There was plenty of room for all six of us and even used another spare bedroom as a temporary office. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked and afforded us some wonderful space and amenities to have our daughter and daughter-in-law hone their Italian……

“The apartment was very nice and the location is perfect for access to the pedestrian area. Access by car was great as you could park in front to unload your luggage and then drive to the closest parking garage. Only a 7 minute walk back to the apartment. ”
