There are some barricaded areas and construction zones on the ground level but our unit is on the opposite side of the construction.
The Beach Club - Bristol #601...Enjoy the RESORT life! Your family and friends will fall in love with this gorgeous condo! This condo is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with plenty of room for everyone. This completely remodeled CORNER UNIT offers beautiful views of the beach towards the Southeast. The wrap around oversized balcony offers ample space for everyone in your group to enjoy the sunset. Our condo has new flooring, ceilings, quartz countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, showers, stainless appliances and furnishings for a second-to-none stay at the Beach Club. It is gorgeous!
The LIVING ROOM has floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the gulf views. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating, HD tv, and a queen sofa sleeper. The fully stocked KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances and offers a standard coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a pantry and stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area as well. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, HD tv and an entrance to the gulf front balcony. The large master bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity. BEDROOM 2 has a queen bed, HD tv and a small north facing balcony, and BEDROOM 3 has a full + twin bunk bed and a HD tv. Both guest bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. In addition to those three bathrooms, there is an additional half bath near the entrance of the condo for guests to use!

* A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Please bring extras if staying more than a couple of days.
* Available in season are beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing and other activities.
* Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach, wading pools and restrooms at the foot of each building. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki Bar & Grill, use the playground, basketball courts, walking trails and tram service. Additionally you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the free tram to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn!
The pickleball courts can be rented for $10/hr and racquets can be rented from the Clubhouse.
Additional Amenities: The owner of this unit is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse's private amenities. Daily fees apply for Club optional use of the private amenities. Without paying a daily fee you will still have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers and you may patron the restaurant & spa in the club house, plus the restaurants & shops at the entry area of the resort. The daily fee is approximately $45.00 per day for everyone in your party, not per person, but is based on the number of days used and is payable at the club desk in person. The private amenities include the indoor heated pool, fitness center, access to the tennis courts, game room, luxurious locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool (seasonally heated) with a Tiki Bar & Grill.
