“We came to town to get together with friends from college and see a football game. The grounds were great and the house was very nice. It was a little away from town but super easy to get to. I’m glad we weren’t there in the winter due to the gravel driveway which has a fairly steep hill. The kitchen’s organization was strange to us but we found everything we needed”

“The listing is exactly like the property!! It was beautiful and modern. The owner was a delight to work with. It felt like a home and everyone in my party enjoyed it. Only downfall was the lack of cooking items in the kitchen that would have been helpful (were a family that enjoying a cooking while on vacation): a cutting board, rubber spatula, tongs, maybe a few more pots and pans. But not a deal breaker by any means, we made it work. The property was right on a Main Street and you just had……

“A very relaxing laid back atmosphere! We loved the whole property. The vintage touches to the house were fun. We enjoyed being so near the river and also liked seeing the occasional train go by. We had a nice evening spent around the fire pit after my son's Mizzou graduation. This was a great place for our family to celebrate our son's graduation.”

“The apartment was very well represented. It was clean and well stocked with the necessities. It is in an old building, so uneven hardwood floors are to be expected. Host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Street parking was right in front of the building. My two concerns include the low income neighborhood and the strong smell in the entryway of the building. My guess is weed. That smell, unbelievably, did not permeate the apartment. It smelled wonderful.”
