“Nice venue and owner is very nice and lives in the house that is attached. He needs to make some adjustments. We hope this is helpful to him. Most important, he absolutely needs to dump the mattress that is on the bed. It is not supportive. It's way too soft and I woke up each morning with a very hurting back. Other things: need to get a non slip mat for the shower. Needs to leave written instructions with the wifi code. Needs to add tissue boxes. Needs to add an extension cord so that you can……

“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. ”

“very cheap room with horrible bedding that seemed dirty and pillow awful”

“Mike & Debbie are wonderful hosts, very social but don't push past what you're comfortable with. There little camp is neat, clean, beautiful set up. They provide towels, shampoo & body wash! My kind of camping. There is a bit of a hill to get to the cabins but they also have an accessible cottage for someone may need it. Their 2 pups, Luna & Roxy, will great you & check on you throughout the day. You'll love your stay!”

Beautiful place to stay at with the family I will for sure come back to visit again I loved the place and the owners are wonderful thank you so much ”

“Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots!”

Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My……
