“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. “Location & size of property very good. Access was no problem. House in need of deep clean,fusty smell,needs an airing,dirty bedding & carpets,shower head clogged. Listed as non smoking, definitely wasnt. Owner admits to smokers using property & use of heavy air freshners. Was thanked by owner for leaving property very clean and tidy then after i highlighted issues was accused of leaving dog poo on a bed. Owner apologised for dirty thin bedding saying he had just purchased new the day we left……
