Escape to this peaceful farmstead just outside of town for a truly relaxing getaway. The back porch is great for watching stunning sunsets over the pond and overlooking the active horse pasture! Stocked with top-quality fishery, it's a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Nestled right up the road from Hanover College, 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Madison and Clifty State Park, and just 3 minutes from a local store. Book your stay now and enjoy the tranquility of this unique retreat!

This beautiful home offers a beautiful an open floor plan featuring hardwood floors throughout. The high ceilings and large rooms create a sense of space and comfort, while the abundance of windows allows guests to take in stunning views from the comfort of the indoors. The house boasts a fully furnished interior with 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin & 1 Full bed spread across 3 generously sized bedrooms.

The Master bedroom includes its own luxurious Master Bath with a Jacuzzi, while the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Additionally, there is a half bath located in the laundry room for added convenience. The kitchen is a highlight of the home, offering a massive space for cooking and spending quality time together.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends to relax and unwind during their stay. Whether catching the sunrise or sunset, this home provides a perfect retreat for those looking to escape and enjoy beautiful & peaceful surroundings in this country setting!

You'll have access to the entire home and back yard right up to the lake. You will not be able to access the attached garage, barn or the pasture areas.

The Horse Hands and I will be on the property now and then. Not to disturb anyone. We will stay mainly in the barn area. If you do have questions, please feel free to ask.

Guests will have access to a portion of the lake, but not all. Upon arrival, please check the welcome binder on the counter for parameters!
