"Check in was fast and went very smoothly. Joseph was very welcoming and engaging. I forgot my toothbrush and he was understanding and produced one from behind the desk. Room service was also timely AND delicious. The server who took my order was so nice and the two gals who delivered the food/drinks were very friendly and helpful. Positive experience all around!! "
