“Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!”

“There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. A second set was dropped off & not only were they polyester they……

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”
