“Location is great, few mins walk from Chancery Lane Station. Accommodation is great,feels fresh, comfortable, good size and a good price. My only issue is needs better clarity on booking process. Once paid you need to provide deposit and ID through an email link, however its not clear about check-in instructions. This comes through the day of check-in around midday separately. ”

“Excellent location, just next to the DLR Station that 10 min to Canary Whary. Room was very clean, very good to have simple breakfast and use the kitchen. I can save much from eating outside. Resonable price for london, so do not except you can get much service. Nice staff.”

“There is no airflow in basement room, I cannot even breath when I just opened the door. I cannot imagine if I need to stay here for 2 nights!! I lost my control and immediately go to reception argued with staff there. He said this is the basement room in a very cheap price, no air conditioner is a must in London hotel. I understand air conditioner is not a must but it definitely stated in Expedia intro of this hotel!! That means the Expedia information is wrong ??!!! I am so disappointed……
