"With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any."

"A well positioned hotel with comfortable beds and good water pressure and hot water. Although we booked a standard room we were allocated one with a big terrace. The views across the valley were lovely. There was an issue over payment which was resolved very quickly and professionally. We had a good (included) breakfast but did not eat supper here as we were too hungry to wait for 9pm when they opened."

A few minor niggles, sensors and timers not working well in car park/by lifts, and a few bits missing in room (soap, spoons, glasses). But overall very good value for the quality of well kitted and immaculately clean accommodation."
