Tucked away in the picturesque village of Hayfield, our beautifully renovated barn blends rustic charm with modern luxury. Just a 5-minute stroll to cosy pubs, artisan cafés, and an authentic Italian restaurant, it’s the perfect Peak District base for relaxation or adventure.

Step inside a stylish modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The inviting lounge, complete with a wood-burning stove, is perfect for cosy nights in. Large bi-fold doors open to your private patio with a hot tub – ideal for stargazing after a day exploring Kinder Scout or the scenic Sett Valley Trail.

Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find a spacious open-plan bedroom with a plush double bed, walk-in shower, and WC. Every detail has been designed for comfort – and your four-legged friends are welcome too.

Please do not press buttons as this will lead to a potential malfunction
Temperature is set at 39 degrees & cannot be changed
The lid should be lifted & folded as per instructions

We also welcome well-behaved pets, one larger dog or 2 small and all we ask is that your pets do not sit on soft furnishings and do not go into the bedrooms.
Please feel free to bring your pet's bed and blankets. A fee may be applied for soiled or damaged items in the property.

The cutlery drawer is a hidden design, it is located to the left of the sink as an additional pull-out drawer, within the main drawer
