“I loved this spacious apartment with beautiful floors, tall ceilings, and the feel of an updated, super clean old historic home. Everything was as advertised and it is easy to access downtown Winston-Salem just minutes away. I was there for an event and also tried some local coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful pathways for long walks with lovely views. I would definitely stay there again.”

It's in a great location and within walking distance of many different coffee shops, restaurant and bars. The host was fantastic and very attentive. Check-in and check out just as smooth as they could be, house rules actually quite generous for guests, and neighborhood/amenities can't be beat. If you're unsure about booking this place...don't be. “We enjoyed our stay for our son’s graduation from Wake Forest. The apartment is neat and clean and spacious enough for 3-4 people. The bed and the inflatable mattress were both comfortable. We walked to many of our favorite restaurants (Mozzelle’s, 4th St Filling Station, Krankie’s, Camel City BBQ) as well as to the Long Branch city trail. It was a quick and easy drive to WFU. We loved the beautiful historic building, and the rooftop pool and views are unique for Winston-Salem.”

“One of the best vacation rentals you can bring pets to that we’ve ever stayed in! Hosts are super responsive and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home! We hope to stay here again when we are back in the area. Easy check in and out & great communication. Home is cozy and well stocked with items you need in the kitchen. We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to rain and length of stay but it is large and well kept, added bonus is a lovely backyard for the fur babies to run and play in....
