Come and stay for a quiet, crowd-free vacation at this from this beautifully & creatively decorated home. It features central air/heat, 4 color cable TVs, 2 dvd players, internet access - wireless, stereo/tape player, lots of movies for the whole family, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, hot/cold exterior shower, covered porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs and a streetside ground level sundeck with a built-in charcoal grill. This vacation home is located approximately 2.5 miles south of Surf City traffic light in Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past. Trip Preparation: Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air and much more!
