We enjoyed our stay. I suggest you have the upper deck inspected as it has joists that have pulled away from the house with nails gone and a good bit of movement when walked upon, and sagging. There are deck boards curling. Also, there was no water being dispensed from the refrigerator, suggest you check the water filter. The upper full bath toilet takes a really long time to refill the tank. Suggest you check for a clogged screen. As a long term suggestion, it would be nice to have a cover over the upper deck for rainy times and shade.

Family trip for a wedding.

This is a beautiful home just steps from the beach! House is located in a quiet area, with private beach access so no crowds. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was not working for our stay, and could not be repaired while we were there. It is a three story house with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor. Lots of up and down stairs! We had my parents traveling with us so this was a little hard on their 70+ year old knees. The beds are all comfortable. There are plenty of beach chairs in the garage and an extra refrigerator! The dishwasher needs replaced. It is an older model and does not clean the dishes very good. Over all We enjoyed our stay in this property. If your looking for a bakery the Fractured Prune is north towards Surf City or Twisted Sisters is south towards Topsail. We had donuts from Fractured Prune and Twisted Sisters did the cake for my sons wedding. Also check out Topsail Steamer for some fresh seafood.

Great time in Topsail Beach

The location was amazing, just steps from the beach, and it’s even bigger than it looks. Worth every penny!
