The downstairs contains the garage and pool area which is accompanied by a large covered patio area outfitted with an outdoor living room set, poolside dining table, a small bistro table, and wall mounted flat screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen boasts very nice Granite Countertops and Stainless Appliances. The beachy feel is further accentuated by the tall white-washed wood planked vaulted ceilings and coastal decor. This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple of short blocks to the beach access and a half block to the Free Island trolley. This Paradise sleeps up to 6 Seahorses!
