Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Elim Valley, a community designed to provide a unique Southern Utah vacation experience! This green oasis in the desert showcases tree-lined streets and luscious fields overlooked by contemporary vacation rentals. Featuring 2 pools, a large spa, a splash pad area, and pickleball courts, this luxurious resort is perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many outdoor adventure sites!
There is no overnight street parking for any vehicles/trailers in this community. Any boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, recreational vehicles, or other such vehicles must be parked in the garage or designated parking areas. There is trailer/RV/boat parking on the back side of Canterbury Road. Please reach out to the host prior to booking with any parking questions!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! Our Family Reunion Stay
We have a large family with children and grandchildren. Everybody felt comfortable and "at home." Great place and the location is great, away from the city but not too far from the city. We loved it.

Great Stay as family!
We stayed here with 21 of us. Ranging from baby to adults. The home is in a great area! We loved the pickleball courts and community pool. The kitchen could use a kettle. The pool connected with the house is very very strong with chlorine. It really bothered the kids eyes. Overall very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Great for big families and friends stay
A group of 10 of us stayed here. It was great! So much room and amenities for everyone. The outdoor space was also great!
The only downfalls were the outdoor TV not working (sports fans want to watch sports) and one of the main AC units didn’t work. Small issues that we didn’t let impact the fun we had overall!

Family vacation
The house was perfect for our huge family vacation. We have a great time going to Zion the host was very friendly. Lots of activities for the kids at the house. 30 mins to Zion 5 mins to Walmart and 15 mins to other stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for couples and families
It was everything I'd hoped it would be. My six siblings and their spouses all raved about the space. We hiked nearby, played pickleball, ping pong, swam, and, played cards. The grill was awesome. We cooked in almost every meal. There were plenty of dishes and towels and gadgets.
The beds were very comfortable. Everything appeared fairly new.

It’s a must stay place for bigger groups
We stayed for 3 nights, all the facilities were very good . Property was very neat and clean as mentioned in the description. We were a group of 24 along with kids had a great getaway and this was a perfect home for vacations.

Great stay
Everything was clean and great, we really enjoyed it. The only issue was that in one of the bunk rooms, the outlets by the beds didn't work, but I'm sure if we had reached out, they would have helped. We had a big group and it was perfect!
