The house is nice and decent shape, nice fenced back yard, good communication with property manager..but…this is a house in a working class neighborhood trying to elevate itself..the neighbors are close enough to touch, parties and noise thru the nite and gutters in back streets filled with mini liquor bottles..the driveway is almost too tight to get in but mostly it is not NEAR the airport rather right under where planes take off and descend…all day every dayThis is the 1st time since coming to the cape over 15 years that I did not feel safe walking my dog at dark and this says a lot considering I have a 96lb dog. It is right on a busy street that cars often race down but this makes it closer to get to downtown but I would not say it is within walking distance. Beds were good but master BR has sloped ceiling which is uncomfortable but the family room furniture is terrible and very uncomfortable. Bathrooms ok but high sided claw tub is hard to get in. Downstairs shower never used as it was moldy and old but clean. Outside shower good but no door for privacy and it did not seem any neighbors could see but privacy is still needed. I have been going to the cape for over 15 years and will not be going back to Hyannis or this house. If you need a place to just keep your stuff and leave for the day this is ok but for a family for comfort I would say not here.

House, location and arrangements were all exactly as listed. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the backyard deck, walking to downtown bars and restaurants and very short/comvenient drives to the airport and bus station.

Great house in a perfect location

Beautiful house in perfect location. Close to Main Street and other shops. Great fenced in yard for dog and small children’s to run around with minimal supervision. 2 minor things that may not bother others is the king size bed in placed directly under a ceiling that is deeply pitched on both sides making it impossible for adults to get in or out of bed without crawling to the bottom of the bed , the lack of lighting there as well as outlets make it impossible to read in bed or charge your phone without extension cords. My back definitely left worse for the wear . I also have never stayed at a VRBO that left zero cleaning supplies , no kitchen garbage bags, no windex nor Clorox wipes 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper ( zero backups) was not unforgivable as the shops were so close by. It’s just not something I’ve ever experienced. All in all a beautiful, well kept house with responsive hosts in a great spot!
