"We loved our stay at The Pepi. It was charming and the service was excellent. The interior of the room we stayed in was well laid out.
The beds were very firm, almost too firm for us but it was not a deal breaker and the service and hotel itself were wonderful. Very sweet breakfast options and it is directly in the center of old town but it was quiet."

"Lovely old building, recently renovated right in the heart of the old town. This means transporting luggage a distance from the car but good communication re parking nearby. Inside the property, the duplex we were staying in meant climbing quite a lot of stairs with suitcases, although they did offer to help. Great that able to walk to restaurants and historical places and quiet area."

"This was a last minute booking, as I missed my ferry to where I was going. Girl at the check in desk was really nice, hotel looked okay on arrival, Seemed to be updated… no issues. It’s very hot on the floors that the rooms are on, but the air conditioning in the room worked well. Dropped my stuff in the room and headed out to grab some dinner. Returned to my room maybe 30 minutes later to see the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen running across my floor. Called the front desk and the girl came...

We got upgraded to a suit and it was absolutely amazing! My sons had their regular room, but that was also very nice! There is no parking, but you really don’t need one here as you are within walking about 4-8 mins distance to all the amazing restaurants and shops! The view from this hotel is exceptional! "
"Great little boutique hotel right in the heart of old town. Shops right outside your door , 5 min walk to the water and night life. Rooms are quaint , has AC, not the fastest AC but it works. Pool is nice and good breakfast in the morning . Also it’s quiet even with being so close to everything. A nice little oasis . "
"The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything.
Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd floor and I overpacked as usual. The guys were wonderful in assisting us up with all our stuff.
Would love to revisit Crete and stay at the Avli again!"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"We arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and it wasn't an issue. Great apartment with balcony and little kitchen. It was spotless and kept spotless. I did spot some ant's coming in from a crack in the kitchen but the hotel management dealt with it quickly. They gave me everything i needed without me asking. Stone's throw from the seafront too. Loved it."
