The restaurant interior is boring, the service was bad and very slow (possibly because they were having two weddings that night), the menu was very limited and the food was not cooked well. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and everyone was disappointed. The breakfast is good, it gets crowded around 9am. I’d visit again without dining there."

"The property and the room could need an upgrade, the walls in bathing area were put together by tape, there were black hair several places and i and my son do not have black hair😅 the pool area was nice but could also need a helping as tiles were lose around the pool. But generally a good stay and a well equipped room even though a bit outdated."

Because of the weather we could not try the pool. But it looked nice. If there is one thing I did not like, it's the coffee machine for breakfast. It was very "watery" coffee and I did not like it that much. Otherwise everything was fantastic."

The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake & plenty of sun beds in the sun & shade if preferred with a bar/restaurant for pool side enjoyment. Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. Quiet & peaceful area. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner. All round brilliant stay, if you’re looking for a location in lake garda, Sirmione is the place & Hotel Ideal is the cherry on top"

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and relaxing.
The host was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the basics. I really felt at home during my stay.

"We had a lovely room overlooking the lake with a private balcony. We could just walk out the back of the hotel onto the Salo promenade with all its shops and cafes. The included breakfast was very good and we had a great dinner at the hotel on the last night of our stay. The pool is pleasant and there is free WiFi and parking on site. The staff are courteous and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!"

The shower screen did not seal well. The wall paper was peeling. The grounds felt a bit unkept.
Otherwise room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, pool great. Air conditioning worked well. Would have liked daily housekeeping - at least beds made and towels changed but not sure whether that was something you had to request. Would enquire if staying longer."
