You can imagine the nightmare of having to look for an alternative hotel n the middle of the night as the owner claimed not to be aware of my booking and yet, payment was collected from me through Expedia. Please may I have my refund asap. @Expedia, I do demand some compensation for the traumatic experience I had on this transaction! ”
