“Die Lage ist top - 2 min bis zum Strand und umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist nicht super modern, aber gut ´. Der Hotelmanager ist super nett und sucht immer nach Lösungen. Ebenso der Zimmerservice ist super nett und reinigt das Zimmer jeden Tag gut. “We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended”

“This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. Even offered to check on us if we needed it. The house itself was cozy and well kept. We had the pleasure of having a nice dog hang out outside our door. We did run into some issues back home that caused us to have to leave early. The owner was very kind and even offered us a deal so our money wasn't going to be……

“Frühstück ist lecker. Zimmer ist in Ordnung aber die Einrichtung bzw die Anlagen kommen schon in die Jahren. Swimming pool ist ziemlich klein.”

“A small group of modern appartments in a rural location with a great pool and stunning views. 20 min walk from village with good restaurants and shops. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Going breakfast available. The walk back from the village is steep but a taxi was 5 Euros. If you get the exact Google Maps location it is not difficult to find. ”

“Stunning property in a newly restored old house. Beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room. The common areas were comfortable and there was a lovely balcony. The breakfast which was beautifully served on the balcony was beyond compare. Local, fresh, and delicious Cretan treats. Archanes is close to Heraklion and the palace of Knossos and had plenty of dining options. We were in Greece for three weeks and our night at Carpe Diem was probably our best stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. ”
