“First impressions of hotel lasted throughout. Lady on reception was very helpful in regards to organising car park and directions on arrival. She was also happy to store our luggage due to our arrival being 4 hours before check in time. Upon check in time gentleman on reception was not very welcoming or informative in regards to where our room was and access, did not explain where breakfast would be or anything in regards to an evening meal. He seemed totally uninterested. Room and bathroom……

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”
