“Rang a few days before arriving to sort check in but when arrived what was discussed and information given wasn't passed on, told would pay cash on arrival and was happy with that, also mention that we would not have the use of Australian mobile, and no access to emails while on holiday, she told me need to be there by 5pm, before office closes, drove over 5 hours to do this arriving just after 4.30pm to be told our card had been charged in the morning and keys were in safe and code emailed……

“I gave a review yesterday on this property and I stated i had messaged them when first arriving due to the missing and broken things in the room I also stated they had not checked in or bothered to get back to me. Well after this review was posted yesterday they finally got back to me yet not apologising for anything just saying how they don't like how Ive been truthful and let people know what there really like.
