Relatively New home, quite clean
Common area has everything but stoves, free coffee, tea, bananas, apples, filtered water
I have room with separate but private bathroom, not as convenient as master bedroom but save on rent
Parking is on garage driveway or on streets
Quiet neighborhood and looks safe, close to where I was going to everyday
Only minor gripe is heating is on a bit too warm , makes me feel itchy with dry skin
