We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. Shawn was super attentive, allowing early/late check-in/out as well as providing any/all area info and was in constant communication. We’re locals and I can confirm that this is a great little town with all amenities within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee/bakery, convenience stores, hiking trails, beaches and stunning views. “We had a great stay at the property, spacious, lovely pool and amenities. There were a few stains in the closet bunk room but it was otherwise very clean and nice!! ”

“The house with bikes included is in a great location on a quiet block a short bike ride or walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice features like the 6-burner Thermador range and updated bathroom added to the overall appeal and functionality of the house. We hosted friends for dinner one night -- another family of four -- and we all ate and socialized comfortably in the dining and living spaces which were all nicely appointed. We didn't get to use the nice yard and outdoor seating……

The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. This house is large, clean and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is lovely with the beach and boardwalk are nearby. We change locations each year but we may very well return to this house very soon.”
