There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, especially if you make full use of the services they offer. I love how peaceful it is, it really helps you relax and unwind. "Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "My only other point of reference was the costabella in the area last year. I love the pool outside of my room and the beauty of the the bay or shallow ocean outside. I’d probably buy some plastic jacks which are more comfortable to sit in. The restaurant food was great and the juices were great and the pool was nice. I liked it a bit better than costabella the year before "

"It was ok, very mid. If you’re an adult looking for a quiet vacation, hotel is not for you since there are a ton of kids. The room I book was also very average, really just a place to sleep, the safe didn't work, the soap and shampoo aren't even usable. The good thing about this place tho is the food. The breakfast buffet saves it. Also if you're into pools hurray for you. Again, budget friendly and very average. "

"We love our stay at Plantation Bay. Excellent service, great amenities. My only recommendation is to have more gluten free options in their restaurants. My daughter has Celiac Disease with Type 1 Diabetes & she has limited food selection here. "
