“At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. Location wise, wasn’t the best for tourists. We were told that tourists usually stay in a more populated area with more restaurants on the other side of……

“Sehr schönes kleines und gepflegt Appartementhotel auf Praslin! Das Appartement war toll, sauber und geräumig mit großem Balkon. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag aufs Zimmer gebracht, war lecker und reichlich (Toast, Eier, Marmelade, Käse, frisches Obst, Tee/Kaffee, Saft). Es ist auch eine Küche mit allem drum und dran vorhanden, die haben wir aber nie benutzt. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort und haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :-)”

“Toppenboende. Rent och fint. Nära till lite affärer o restauranger. Lugnt och fint område med mycket grönska. Liten fin pool. Vi bodde i hus nummer 2, vilket var näst närmast havet. Liten trapp ner till havet. Vi hade en härlig vistelse.”

“The house and property are gorgeous. Once you arrive you do not want to leave. When you enter it is difficult to know where to look. The doors are open with an expansive ocean view and the most photogenic little island just to the left. The white walls of the house are covered with original oil paintings, most by local artists. The house is, literally, at the end of the road.. very private, on single track road which requires careful navigation. There is some of the best snorkeling I have……

“景色非常好，门口就是Anse Kerlan的一部分，虽然不能游泳，但是沙滩挺好的。一共只有两个villa，非常安静。房间新，特别干净，感觉温馨。周围走5分钟有一家super value，买东西做饭特别方便。最关键的是房东Bert人非常好，可以帮忙定接机的出租车，还帮我们定了租车，价格很划算。对我们的各种咨询回复都很及时。总体而言与价格算是匹配。”

“Hazel and her staff were extremely kind and efficient. Their attention to details was very much appreciated. The bungalows are large and very well equipped. The property offers free to use gas BBQs, which allowed us to grill our fish, which we bought at the locat fishmarket every day. We cannot but recommend this place! We tried to find one point to improve, but nothing came to our mind! Well done Heliconia Grove, we will surely come back!”

“У нас было забронировано две ночи, но по приезду шале было занято и нам предложили одну ночь пожить в другом номере. Нам все понравилось, особенно огромная кровать и много подушек ) От пирса встречают на электрокаре если вы укажете в переписке с хозяином время прибытия.”

“Nous avons séjourné 5 jours à cavern apartments du 5 au 10 février. Tout était parfait. Propreté de l'appartement nettoyé chaque jour gentillesse et dévouement de l'employé Rakib qui déposait dans le frigo des fruits chaque jour. Nous avons vu le propriétaire une fois et il a été d'excellents conseil. Nous avons adoré y séjourner. ”
