“Property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for our girls getaway weekend. Townhouse is spacious and comfortable. Decor is very cute. We lived the coastal theme so much. Plenty to do within a 5 mile drive and very easy to find. Mr. Whippy’s coffee was delicious as was the ice cream at the Island Creamery. Dinners at Steamers (the Friday night Prime rib was delicious) and Bill’s Prime Seafood and Steaks were delicious. Be sure to bring your appetite when you visit Chincoteague ……

“This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. I appreciated the hands off check-in/check-out process. Staff communicated via text and email and were available if we needed to get in touch,……

“Such a cozy, immaculate clean and peaceful loft that we were so grateful to find and will be returning often! It’s the small things that are big for us and the fresh eggs left in the refrigerator for us to enjoy was a big added touch to our awesome weekend getaway along with a few other things …we enjoyed everything! Loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens! Thank you so much Sarah & Jensen for providing such a peaceful and beautiful loft! Oh the light on top the loft shines so……

“Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area.”

“The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again.”
