All good, only the property needs a bit more attention as it is slightly shabby. More relaxing outdoor sitting would make it more comfortable. So many tables, could the first line of tables been used for longing with appropriate furnitures? Lastly, the place is becoming overrun by cats. It's quite a fight at breakfast time when they keep trying to jump on your table and eat in your plate...

Four nights in Buyukada.

We booked a deluxe room but on arrival couldn’t relax, as the reception desk was a couple of feet outside the front door and we heard every booking and phone call. Why the reception couldn’t be moved elsewhere to a more appropriate location, I have no idea. Eventually, was offered a different and lower grade room. After moving, we discovered the room was very shabby and unhygienic. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room. In fact, the room was so substandard that after the first night we booked a different hotel and stayed there for the rest of the trip. A shame, because the location was excellent, the historic building was beautiful, and breakfast was good. However, there is no excuse for offering unhygienic rooms or no room cleaning. An overpriced hotel for what is being offered.

Gayet güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık her yer temizdi, doğal olarak oda biraz eskiydi sadece prizler pek çalışmıyor ve güvensiz duruyorlar. Kahvaltı da gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Girişteki odada kalınca dışardan ve üst kattan baya ses duyuyorsunuz bizim için problem değil fakat başkaları için olabilir.

1 gün kaldık ama gerçekten huzur verici bir atmosferi var. Çalışanları ilgiliydi güler yüzlüydü oda temiz ferahtı bi eksiği yoktu. Bahçe ve ağaçlardan kaynaklı böcektir sinek olması normal çünkü onlarda bizler gibi bi canlı :) (onlarında hayatlarına saygı duymalıyız)

Ote,l konumu ve çalışanları harikaydı :) özellikle Resepsiyonda ki Emre bey bizimle harika ilgilendi. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz yerlerden. Sadece Odamızda bulunan çift kişilik yatak çok kötüydü değiştirilmeli. Ve otelin çevre düzenlemesi iyileştirilmeli . Cafe ve yemek servis alanı hizmeti eh işte ayarında.

Fiyasko

Otele bir gece konaklamak için geldik ama ciddi anlamda hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Bize verilen balkonlu oda nefes alınamayacak kadar rutubetliydi, koku dayanılmazdı. Odanın içinde nemden dolayı ciddi bir boğuculuk vardı. Üzülerek söylüyorum ama klozette dışkı vardı, temizlik ve hijyen çok kötüydü. Bahçesi pis, özel alan hissi sıfır, neredeyse bir bodrum kat havasındaydı. Durumu resepsiyona ilettik, oradaki iki genç arkadaş sağ olsunlar çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik görevlisini yönlendirdiler ve son anda boşalan başka bir standart odaya geçtik. Oda daha ferah ve tavanı yüksekti ama yine de ideal değil. İlk verilen oda neredeyse 2 metre tavan yüksekliğindeydi ve tavan dağılacak gibiydi. Otelde genel bir tuvalet kokusu hâkim, bu da rahatsız edici. Sabah kahvaltısı yapmadık çünkü hem ortam iç açıcı değildi hem de yorumlardan zaten neyle karşılaşacağımızı az çok tahmin ettik. Kısacası, resepsiyondaki arkadaşların yardımı dışında otelde yaşadığımız deneyim olumsuzdu. Hijyen, konfor ve genel atmosfer kesinlikle beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Oncelikle dus pisti genel olarak da cok temiz oldugu soylenemezdi. Klima kokuyordu belli ki temizligi yapilmamis. Sifon arizaliydi inanilmaz uzun surelerde doluyordu. Dus zemini cok kotuydu dusa giremedik.Kaldigimiz sure boyunca sadece girerken ve çıkarken resepsiyon ile muhatap olduk. Onun disinda sizinle ilgilenen ve deneyiminizi iyilestirmeye çalışan biri de yoktu.

3 kız arkadaş olarak bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin hem konumu hem de ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Odalar tertemizdi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yaşadığımız ufak bir problemde bile hemen çözüm odaklı davranıldı ve gönlümüzü almak için ikramlar verildi. Geniş alkol seçenekleri ve kahvelere sahiplerdi. Biz çok eğlendik kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterizz

Konaklama yeri Adanın eski yalı'larından olmazı sebebiyle tarihi dokusunu kolumuş iskele bölgesinde yürüme mesafesinde olması sebebiyle sakin ve sedef adayı gören temiz bir hotel işletme sahipleri genç olması ilgili ve çözüm odaklı olması memnun edicidir. Bu otele ikinci gidişimizdi, sanıyoruzki el değiştirmiş. Odalar genişlemiş yerleri güzelleşmiş. Fakat bu kaliteye asla yakışmayacak bir kahvaltı vardı. Kahvaltılık malzemeler kalmamıştı, önceki misafirlerden kalan tabaklar toplanmamıştı. İçecek hiçbir sey yoktu, rezillikti doğrusu.

Tarihi Köşkte Manzaralı bir Haftasonu Tatili

Manzara, otelin konumu, çalışanların hizmeti ve güleryüzü gayet iyiydi. 1 gece kaldık kahvaltısı ortalama bir açık büfe kahvaltıydı, tamamen fiyat performans bir kahvaltıydı. Tek sorun yatakta nevresim değiştirilmiş gibi görünse de yatağın içinde ve yastıkta kıl vardı bunu resepsiyona söylemedik fakat bu konuya temizlik açısından biraz daha dikkatli olunması gerek onun haricinde gayet güzel bir deneyimdi. Tarihi bir köşk olması bizi çok cezbetti.
