“Amazing stay with good night sleep”

“There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. ”

“I live on the 55th floor with a fantastic view. It is priceless to me. Even the room is not so new but reasonably maintained.”

“Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. ”

“We went as a family of 4. Very good resort. Quiet and serene surrounding. The resort uses natural resources such as solar power for electricity & water from the underground. Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.”

“The staffs was very helpful and attended to request made. Nice place, great location, lots of restaurants and shops around. Especially room views from the higher floors were very beautiful. ”

“I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! I planned to start the journey on Friday morning, but in the end I left my house around 3pm as I could not get the confirmation from your side.
