“I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied. The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. “The place was dirty, mice droppings all over, roach infested, not enough beds for a group of 12 as it was indicated on the reservation, the beds was twin size we had to purchase air mattress to accommodate the family for the price it was a terrible place to be I will never rent this villa again it was a terrible experience for me and the family. I hope they learned from this review and make notification on how to advertise a product to the consumers it was Verry mis-leading”
