I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. Highly recommend if you like to have a warm welcoming for your first trip to cape cod :) also love the building it was so beautiful! "

"Our brief stay at the Mariner was wonderful. The manager was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Several updates to the rooms including the updated, clean bathroom. Location was superb as it was walking distance to the church (next door) many shops and restaurants on Main Street and the beach. The bike path was also very close and easy to get to which we used to explore Woods Hole, Nobska Point Lighthouse and Old Silver Beach. Affordable place to stay in Falmouth and close to everything."

"My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again."
"This property fit our needs perfectly. Convince to the beach area a green area for the kids to play wffleball. Very convenient to restaurants and to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard my husband and I went for coffee every day at the black dog cafe.The only thing that threw us off was needing linens and sheets for beds. I was traveling up to the day before we got into house and did not see the email about needing those things. Out west when we have stayed at a property those things are supplied. We handled it and it did not spoil our trip. We did reach out to Sarah for a couple of issues and she had people come quickly to remedy the issues. All in all I would definitely stay at this property again given the opportunity. "

"The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. "

"It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy. The tv did not work. It is a safe place to stay-the Falmouth heights is a wonderful place. We were close to the beach and two great restaurants. "
