If I could give this hotel zero stars I would, but then it wouldn’t let me post a review. There are roaches, bloody sheets, no towels nobody comes and cleans. It is disgusting. Once you give them proof of the roaches. They won’t even give you a refund.

very dirty room, not acceptable

Obviously, this is a budget hotel. But I have stayed in many such hotels in the past and have rarely seen a room so dirty. There was a big dead roach in our bathroom, which was filthy (i.e., dirt in the tub, etc.). Very clear that it had not been cleaned in a while

Bathroom was not clean there was mold on in the bathtub people was being noisy outside all night after being reported to front desk nothing was done and noise continued there was spots on the bed sheets

Well the tub leaked water all over bathroom floor, TV would play 5 mins cutoff reset, had people unwanted people knock on our door disturbing us me and 7 year old son.. all sudden door comes open.. the guy at the front desk gave these people a key to enter my room as me and child sleeping, we awoke to room full of people... The manager/owner had no right and should be charged for lettiñg just anyone in my room cause they told him they knew us . So they thought it was ok to just open my door, till I came up with pistol.. he knew then it wasn't okay

I stayed here for 17 nights. Upon check-in the sheets were dirty and blood stained. I bought new bedding that night. The floors were disgusting because they never swept or mopped. I bought my own broom, dust pan, and mop. When I asked them to clean the floor, i literally sat in my vehicle and watched her mop two other rooms with the same swiffer mop sheet. staff only took the garbage and brought clean towels on a daily basis. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you pay a nightly rental you should expect a daily cleaning. Zero stars. Not satisfied and definitely not what I expected from Expedia.

Avoid choosing this place

Starting with the unprofessionalism used towards me and my couple. One of the people in charge of the front office was very unbothered about if the information concerning our check in was right or wrong. He also at all times, would throw my documents (my ID) everywhere while trying to take a copy of it as if it was nothing, and that really agitated me. Once we had our chance to go check the room, our lungs were filled with pure scent of tobacco/cigarettes, and it was awful. The floor was dusty, and the room just felt completely disgusting. We decided to go back to ask for a refund because we just didn’t agree on staying in a place like such, but then again, the receptionist was very rude and pretended like everything was “okay” I explained the situation, I was clear we didn’t want to stay and that we wanted to cancel our stay and at least receive some money back, not even the complete payment, but I don’t think he understood whenever I showed to him that we were not able to cancel anything through the app, because he kept saying that I should click in there even after showing him that nothing could be done. He just didn’t seem to care, and he didn’t even try to get a solution for us.

As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Check in was a challenge but not all Motels fault. Sheets were stained and I didn't dare use the comforter. Room smells and floors were not suitable to walk barefoot without having the bottom of your feet black. Trash truck came to empty dumpster at 10:30 at night. I think they are trying to improve but it has a long ways to go.

Rooms were filthy/falling apart. The first room we went to, had poop and pee caped to the outside of the toilet. After asking them to clean it, they did not. Had our rooms switched. The next room didn’t have hot water, wasn’t as dirty, but in general pretty filthy. The second room also had cockroaches everywhere. All in all, a super disgusting, filthy hotel. Will never stay there again.
