It was really clean and well maintained. The beachfront location was so helpful with kids, and we were able to get in and out easily. We loved the pool—it was smaller, but surprisingly fresh and enjoyable. Breakfast was great, with bagels, eggs prepared in different styles, cereal, muffins, and more. Having showers along the boardwalk and by the pool was also very convenient. There’s a market about a 5-minute walk away in case you need anything. Next time, I would definitely rent a car. Everything is close if you have one, but without a car, it’s about 15 minutes or more to the pier and restaurants.

Beautiful property With nice pools. It is 3 rows in from beach front. I thought it was ocean front by the pictures but that is taken over the state park. We had a nice view of the state park and gulf in the distance. We had to ask for linens for the sleeper sofa for my guests. But had no pillows, had to use the decorative throw pillows. It did take 2 1/2 days before housekeeping stopped by. We had very nice servers in the restaurants. I booked through Expedia that says “ no hidden fees”. I guess I missed the fine print of a daily parking fee and daily resort fee, plus tax. It added up. Not worth the cost.
